Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total charter fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to departure. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

3. Weather Conditions

In case of adverse weather conditions that make sailing unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your trip at no additional cost.

4. Safety and Liability

All guests participate in yacht activities at their own risk. HYPE Boat Club provides safety equipment and briefings, but guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

HYPE Boat Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the charter, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point 30 minutes before departure
• Valid identification is required for all guests
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
• Excessive alcohol consumption that endangers safety is prohibited

6. Age Restrictions

Minimum age for HYPE Catamaran is 6 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Special rates apply for children aged 4-14 years.

7. Food and Beverages

All food and beverages are included in the charter price unless otherwise specified. Personal alcohol is not permitted on board. Special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Photography and Privacy

HYPE Boat Club may take photographs and videos during the charter for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials. Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.
